AN ELEGANT WINE OF COMPLEXITY AND DELICACY

Pale gold hue and a fine, delicate mousse. Aromas of lemon curd and greengage are complemented by alluring notes of clotted cream and shortcrust pastry. Fresh citrus fruits follow through on the palate, along with gooseberry, apple crumble and an unmistakable flinty, mineral character. The finish is long, creamy and complex, with a touch of salinity.
