New for this year, this limited two-night experience celebrates one of the most iconic pairings: Nyetimber English Sparkling Wine and exceptional seafood.
The natural acidity of our wines beautifully complements the richness of seafood, inspiring Executive Chef Steven Edwards to create a luxurious, seafood-led menu, focusing on the finest ingredients. Expect delicacies such as caviar, lobster, and tuna.
The evening begins with a sparkling reception and canapés in the White Barn, followed by a welcome introduction to Nyetimber. Guests will then move to the historic Medieval Barn for a refined four-course dinner, featuring three seafood courses and a dessert, each paired with a different Nyetimber wine.
The experience concludes with tea, coffee, and the opportunity to purchase Nyetimber wines at exclusive cellar door pricing.
