19:00 – Introduction to Nyetimber’s history and winemaking

19:15 – Seated in the Medieval Barn and an introduction to our Head Chef

19:30 – Four-course paired Dining Experience

THE EXPERIENCE

New for this year, this limited two-night experience celebrates one of the most iconic pairings: Nyetimber English Sparkling Wine and exceptional seafood.

The natural acidity of our wines beautifully complements the richness of seafood, inspiring Executive Chef Steven Edwards to create a luxurious, seafood-led menu, focusing on the finest ingredients. Expect delicacies such as caviar, lobster, and tuna.

The evening begins with a sparkling reception and canapés in the White Barn, followed by a welcome introduction to Nyetimber. Guests will then move to the historic Medieval Barn for a refined four-course dinner, featuring three seafood courses and a dessert, each paired with a different Nyetimber wine.

The experience concludes with tea, coffee, and the opportunity to purchase Nyetimber wines at exclusive cellar door pricing.

A Sparkling Celebration

Our most celebrated pairing, this evening showcases one of our most coveted combinations: Nyetimber and seafood. It offers a wonderful opportunity to explore a range of seafood dishes, from delicate raw plates to rich, decadent sauces.

Working with trusted fishmongers and sourcing ingredients as locally as possible, this promises to be a truly special occasion and an indulgent evening not to be missed.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. As this is a seafood-inspired menu, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diners.

Please note that there are no waiting facilities on site, so we are unable to accommodate significantly early arrivals. If you do arrive ahead of the scheduled time, we would be delighted to suggest scenic walking routes through the vineyards for you to explore.

Our nearest train stations are Pulborough and Billingshurst - Taxi’s MUST be booked in advance - please visit our FAQs page for recommended taxi services.

 

If you are travelling by car please come to Nyetimber Vineyard, Gay Street, West Chiltington, West Sussex, RH20 2HH. (If using SatNav please ignore any instruction onto Lower Jordan's Lane, continue on Gay Street until you see the Nyetimber sign).

PARKING

Parking is free at Nyetimber, where it is only a short walk to the White Barn and courtyard where you will begin the experience.

MOBILITY

Ahead of your visit, if you or another member of your party has restricted walking ability please email experiences@nyetimber.com to let us know and we will make arrangements for you to be as comfortable as possible.
